I never expected that the game could only be played if you have a broadband and your PS2 is connected to the internet.
What a let down for my son when he opened Santa’s gift and could not play his most requested game. The game should have an option to play offline but it simple prevents you from playing until you are conected.

I have been an avid fan of this game since FIFA 98. But I should admit that FIFA 07 was a big let down after FIFA 06. Infact I traded in my FIFA 06 to get FIFA 07
. Though there has been some improvement in Goalie AI the overall game is very disappointing. Once you get the hang of the game, beating anyone is very easy.
I guess it is high time that I tried out WE9.

Eve thou this game has great graphics. The game’s playability hasn’t changed that much during the last years. Its more of an arcade version of football.I being a football fan, have only one word for all the Fifa fans out there. “Winning Eleven” a.k.a proevolucion soccer.

When people ask me, do I like the FIFA soccer series? I hesitate. Over the years I’ve come to learn to enjoy it; though I ask my self under what circumstances. When your playing a video game reguardless of what it is, feeling trapped is not appealing to the senses. The Activision company who created the Tony Hawk series has upgraded not only the features, but the overall game play, this will continue to grow because they not only give you the feel of the skater, they also give you more freedom to an open world of exploration. As a skater in Tony Hawk, you have the option of: when and where you get off your skateboard, when you complete the goals/tasks; and to add to the overall experience real life days and weeks, this is ultimately when it turns from dawn to dusk. I am patiently awaiting FIFA 08 for the PS3, and hopefully at 60 frames per second it will meet everyone’s expetations. My wish is that you would have the option in FIFA to schedule games, training, (this does not constitute “Practice Mode”) and the ability to depict and determine the next Freddy Adu, Landon Donovan, or Christiano Ronaldo. With everything in place, preseason games determine nothing but what the managers feel the right player to start the matches preceeding the preseason. Injuries follow you right up to the very end, “The Championship Dream.” Real players, like Altidore who plays for NY Red Bulls has amazing ball control, which can only be developed in a one on one with a trainer, not a simulated dialog text box, but a real life, you the user must run through these set of cones, shoot the ball and score a goal, and end the day with a run around the pitch with the team following a user-scheduled off day. Wind sprints on Monday morning. When I am controlling Ronaldinho, I don’t want to feel restricted to a few moves namely, the licensed moves; “The ‘Elastico’” or the “Flip Flap.” Each and every player should have a plethra of signature moves as well as freedom to realistic ball physics, this would not limit the analog sticks to a few flicks, but 360* of limitless possibilities, meaning that left on the right analog stick would go left, but diagonal would cut the ball to the right. I know the more freedom you give to the user would make a world of change, and with 1,600 different combinations would entice the user to let his or her creativity flow. Along the same lines more advanced moves like the nutmeg(in any direction you are facing at a given point/situation), scissors, (depening on the ball control stats;as well as how quickly it can be executed) all of these can be purchased in the Fifa Store, pricing would vary of course. To add to the elusive controls learning some from the pros or creating your own stlye of play, would entice the user to perform under as much pressure as a championship, or as little as a halftime show to raise ticket prices. This of course would take a long time to develop, but why not add an interview session, and step into the boots of David Beckham, who will soon join the LA Galaxy, this of course would pressure the player to say or have unexpected feeling and emotions from the media. Adding realistic features such as high school players emerging directly onto D.C. United and win the season. NFL head coach if anything gave you the coach an opportunity to say a few answers to questions, I know FIFA can improve upon this. Speaking of Madden they did a really good job in the Mini-Camp Feature on the PS3 and XBOX 360, so I’m quite sure FIFA is capable of this, being the EA Sports company. Hopefully FIFA 08 won’t be a waste as its brothers were.

EA once again did not satisfy me with this one. When i first played it i thought that it was way to unrealistic. the way the players dribble and run is just dissapointing. If you want a real soccer game that has everything but bad gameplay get winning eleven, i agree with the dude that said that winning eleven is better> It will not dissapoint you it plays alot smoother and the ball tends to move more naturally. Do your self a favor do not get this game
