the resolution on the game is poor. its only 720

EA Sports should use higher resolution. at least 1080 to deliver higher quality games.

the idea of the game is good, but the low resolution makes the game boring.

we probably need to wait another year. and another [...].

Much better ball control, like the new celebrations, wish they would include a planet fifa with all ranked teams (both club/nations) vs. only a few… hope that in the upcoming ‘10 we will see THAT…

I’ve been a Fifa players since Fifa World Cup 98 for Playstation 1. This game is much better than Fifa 06 and Fifa 08. Fifa 2005 was brilliant for its game speed and easy to use Manager Mode.

Although Fifa 09 is a stunning achievement for the Fifa series, I still have an issue with the controller configuration customization. It seems when I choose my attack button setup, and then do my defensive setup, I toggle back to attack and the button commands have changed. If someone can help me with that, I would be most pleased! FIFA 09 RULZ!

    C’mon Arsenal!!

I don’t know if the game just didn’t appeal to me like it used to because I had already played past games, or the fact that no one wanted to play with me. Game modes are plentifull, and online is great, but when the 10v10 game is filled with one or two squealing 14 year olds, the game loses some ground.

Last FIFA game I played was FIFA ‘02 so I can say there is a vast improvement over the previous versions of FIFAs, the gameplay is smooth and realistic, but sometimes you feel the ball jams at the midair for a second when making a loop pass, the game seems to trend to local teams rather than international teams, there are international teams in the game but not like the previous versions, only few, FIFA was known of having heavy number of international teams from all the continents, but now the number is definitely shortened.

    And yet..worth to buy…4 stars
